The high season in Juan-les-Pins begins at the end of May and ends in early October. The peak of the season is considered to be August. During this time, the average air temperature reaches +28°C, the water warms up to +26°C, and the number of sunny days is impressively high — 30–31.
July and September are also regarded as favorable months for holidays, though they are slightly less sunny and warm than August. On the bright side, there are fewer tourists.
If you prefer peace and quiet (as much as possible for such a glamorous resort), plan your trip for the low season — from November to April. During this period, temperatures rarely rise above +16–18°C, which is ideal for city strolls and visits to lively casinos. Swimming, however, is unlikely to be enjoyable when the sea is only +15–16°C.
In late autumn and winter, Juan-les-Pins attracts those who are more interested in club and restaurant entertainment, as well as city tours. March–April is considered the best period for this kind of pastime, with almost no rain or wind and average temperatures around +13–17°C.
