Sights of France

The number of attractions in France is unimaginable. Every town and village here has its own special features that invariably attract tourists to them.

Wherever you are in the country, you will certainly hear a couple or three names of famous sights of France. Listing even the main sights of France will take a lot of time. But we have prepared for you brief descriptions of the main sights of France.

• Château d'Amboise. The first monument of architecture built in the Renaissance style in the Loire Valley. Back in the XI century kings began to choose this castle for their residences.

Chambord Castle. Leonardo Da Vinci himself had a hand in the construction of this magnificent Renaissance building. The largest residence of French kings was built in the 16th century on the orders of Francis I. It is the largest residence of French kings.

The Ducal Palace in Dijon. This magnificent palace not only retains fragments of its original ninth-century appearance, but also some elements of the original interior.

Concierge. A famous chateau-prison in Paris that has retained its original appearance.

• Lavender fields in Provence. The splendor of the boundless expanse of purple flowers and the air full of their fragrance will not let you tear yourself away from this sight for a long time.
