Vilnius International Airport is located at a distance of 7 km from the city center. You can reach the city by public transportation, cab or shuttle.
To the city center
The trip to the center of Vilnius will take you about 10-15 minutes by cab, shuttle or shuttle and about 20 minutes by public bus.
Public transportation
Bus
At the exit of the airport there is a scoreboard with route schedules. You can also see detailed information on the website. Flights start from 5:00 (Mon-Fri) and 7:00 (Sat) and run until 22:00. The night bus runs from 10:30pm to 5:25am.
Routes. Bus #2 will take you to the central part of the city, #1a to the Sheškine neighborhood. There is a night bus #88N.
The bus stop is within walking distance. When exiting the arrivals terminal, turn left and walk along the traffic circle.
Time. The bus runs every 20 minutes.
Fare is about 1,25 EUR. You can buy tickets directly from the driver.
Route cab (express bus)
A convenient, yet budget-friendly means of transportation are shuttle buses.
Transfer
Most hotels offer a transfer service, which may be included in the price of your room. Please check the details with the hotel administrator.
The driver will meet you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. You can also book a private transfer through the Kiwitaxi service.
Cost - from 23 EUR per car (1-3 passengers).
Airport Express minibuses operate from 8:00 to 19:30 every 20-30 minutes.

Taxi
We recommend using official taxi services, as these vehicles are equipped with meters. The taxi stand is located right outside the airport exit. If you order a taxi online, cars may wait for you within a 100-meter radius of the airport in other parking areas.

To the Railway Station
Public Transport
Bus
The bus ride to the railway station takes about 20 minutes. Bus No. 1 runs from the airport. You can find all the necessary transport information above.
Train
You can also reach Vilnius Railway Station by train. Trains run regularly every 40 minutes. The first departs at 5:45 a.m., and the last at 9:52 p.m. You can check the current schedule on the website.
Stop. A covered pedestrian walkway from the terminal building leads directly to the railway station.
Fare — from 0.80 EUR. Tickets can be purchased at the station ticket office or from the conductor on board.
Travel time — 10–15 minutes.
To the bus station
To the bus station you can get by bus#1 and#4 in 20-25 minutes, as well as by shuttle bus in 15 minutes. All information about transportation see above.
