Barcelona–El Prat International Airport is located in Catalonia, 12 km from the city centre, in the municipality of El Prat de Llobregat. It is the second-busiest airport in Spain by passenger traffic and operates both charter and scheduled flights.

Public Transport
The journey time to Barcelona city centre by taxi, transfer, or rental car is 20–30 minutes.
Aerobus
During the day, the Aerobus airport shuttle operates from Barcelona Airport. It departs from Terminals 1 and 2 (B, C) and stops at Plaça de Catalunya and Plaça d’Espanya.

TMB Bus No. 46
TMB buses are less comfortable but significantly cheaper. Stops are located outside Terminals 1 and 2 (B, C). This bus takes you to Plaça d’Espanya (Spain Square).
Operating hours: 04:50–23:50. Frequency: every 38 minutes. Journey time: approximately 40 minutes. Price: 2.40 EUR. Tickets can be purchased from the driver or at tobacco kiosks within the airport.
Night Bus
At night, the following buses operate: from Terminal 1 — N17, N18; from Terminal 2 (A, B, C) — N16. These services run to Plaça de Catalunya (Catalonia Square).
Journey time: approximately 1 hour. Price: 2.40 EUR. Tickets can be purchased from the driver or at tobacco kiosks within the airport. Schedule: timetables may change. Please check the official websites for No. 17, No. 18, and No. 16.

Train
The train operating from the airport is called R2 Nord and is run by RENFE. The airport station is located in T2B; follow the Renfe signs. The station in the city centre is called Passeig de Gràcia.
Operating hours: the service runs every 30 minutes from 05:42 to 23:38. The timetable may change, so please check the schedule in advance. Journey time: approximately 25 minutes. Price per ticket: 2.40 EUR. Tickets can be purchased at the station.
Taxi
A taxi can be ordered at the airport information desk.
Price to the city centre from Terminal 1: about 30 EUR; from Terminal 2: about 35 EUR. Supplement for a minivan taxi: 4.30 EUR.
Transfer

To Barcelona Railway Station from El Prat Airport
Train
You can reach Barcelona’s main railway station (Barcelona Sants) from Terminal 2. A free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 1 and 2 every 5 minutes; journey time is about 20 minutes.
Route. To find the station at the airport, follow the trenes signs. Get off at Barcelona Sants station.
Schedule: from 5:42 to 23:38, trains run every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 20 minutes.
Price per ticket: 2.40 EUR. You can book tickets on the website or use the ticket machines at the station.
To Barcelona Bus Station from El Prat Airport
To reach Barcelona’s Estació Nord bus station, you need to make a transfer. The most economical option is to take public transport to Plaça de Catalunya and then continue to the bus station from there.
Taxi
A taxi ride directly from Barcelona Airport to Estació Nord takes approximately 30 minutes (from T2) and about 40 minutes (from T1).
Cost of the service from Terminal 1 is about 35.00 EUR; from Terminal 2 — about 30.00 EUR.
You can save on the fare by taking a bus to Plaça de Catalunya and then catching a taxi from there. Journey time — about 10 minutes.

Metro
From Plaça de Catalunya station, travel to Arc de Triomf station. The Nord bus station is just a few minutes’ walk away.

To Barcelona from Reus Airport
The distance from Reus Airport to the city of Barcelona is 105 km. Travel time by taxi, transfer, or rental car is about 1 hour 10 minutes.
Public Transport
Bus
La Hispano Igualadina is the company servicing the airport. You can find the bus stop at the exit of the terminal. The bus goes to the Barcelona Sants stop (railway station). More detailed information is available on the official website.
Cost. A one-way ticket costs 13 EUR. Tickets can be purchased from the driver. Schedule. The bus to Barcelona runs only once per day.
On weekdays, the bus departs from the airport at 14:25, arriving at 15:55.
On Saturday, departure at 11:15, arrival at 12:55.
On Sunday, departure at 17:05, arrival in the city at 19:30.
Bus + Train
Bus № 50 takes you to Reus city railway station (final stop Niloga 1 is a 5-minute walk from the station). Detailed route information is available on the official website. From Reus, trains go to Barcelona.
Stop. Upon exiting the airport building, turn right. You will see the sign Aeroport – Tecnoparc Reus Centre. Travel time: about 34 minutes. Ticket price: 3 EUR. Payment can be made to the driver. Schedule. Buses run every 1 hour. First departure: 7:59, last departure: 23:04.
Railway service between Reus and Barcelona is provided by three trains labeled R: Express (№15016 and №17050) and Regional. These trains take you to Barcelona Sants (railway station).

The cab stand is located opposite the exit from the arrivals hall.

Barcelona Bus
The bus operated by Sagalés runs according to RyanAir flight arrival times. It goes to Barcelona Bus Station (Estació d'Autobuses Barcelona Nord). You can also use the nearest metro — Arc de Triomf (red line L1).
Cost. A bus ticket costs 16 EUR. It can be purchased at the Sagalés ticket office at the airport. Schedule. Check the bus timetable at this link. Travel time: 75 min.
Train
The train runs from Girona city railway station to Barcelona main railway station. From the airport, you can reach the station by taxi or bus (travel time — 20 min, ticket price — from 1 EUR).
Cost: from 11 EUR (depends on the train schedule), tickets can be purchased at the Girona station or on the website. Schedule. Trains from Girona to Barcelona run from 06:27 to 21:23. Travel time depends on the selected train (the fastest takes 38 min).
