In autumn you can also take part in the watermelon festival Festo de Melo (last Sunday in September), celebrate Spain's National Day (October 12) with concerts and fireworks, and, of course, save your vacation budget. It is September and October that experts most often cite as the cheapest time to go to Cala d'Or.
