Sitges is located on the seaside and has 17 beaches, so you'll find water games and activities along the entire coast. However, you should bear in mind that the city is mainly visited by affluent tourists, who don't necessarily like extreme sports.
If you're interested in wakeboarding, wakesurfing, waterskiing, parasailing, it's better to go to Vilanova, Garraf or try your luck near the port of Aiguadolç. Sitges itself offers family fun on the water. For example, catamaran rides, jet skis and swimming lessons.
Sailing is available for wealthy tourists. You can go to the same Aiguadolç port where the marina is located and rent one. Or you can get training on how to use it.
