The exotic resort of Samet is located in the Gulf of Thailand, 6 km from the mainland. To Pattaya, it is necessary to overcome 80 km, and to Bangkok, it's 200 km away. There are no banks on the island. There are few currency exchange points, and ATMs are only located at the entrance to the National Park and near the pier. Currency should, therefore, be changed in advance.

For complete privacy, it is recommended to go here from Monday to Friday. Many Thais come to the island on weekends.
