The main entertainment in Samet is beach vacation. Most tourists come here to enjoy the natural beauty, to relax body and soul from the bustling life of the metropolis.
Traditional amusement parks are not to be found on Samet. The island is part of Thailand's National Park, so the locals try to keep the pristine natural landscape intact. On Samet there is practically no commercial entertainment for children, but a few interesting places can still be found here. In the northern part of the island there is a fish and turtle farm. Here, rare species of aquatic life are bred and then released into the sea.
