Alanya Bus Station is the main transport hub of the resort. From there you can get to almost any city in Turkey. The Otogar is not a local landmark due to its simplicity; however, it is useful for travelling around Turkey for almost every visitor to the resort.

How to get to Alanya Bus Station

  • Alanya Otogar is near Cleopatra Beach, 4 km from the city centre.

  • You can get there by public buses 1, 2, 5, 101 and 202 or by taxi.

You can find indicative timetables for buses from Alanya to other Turkish resorts on the website. There is no centralized timetable display at the bus station. You can get the timetable from the individual counters of the bus companies.

Ticket prices


Tickets can be purchased either from the driver or at a special counter. The price will not differ, but it is recommended to buy tickets in advance during the high season. Make sure to have your passport with you.

The ticket price depends on the distance:

  • The way to Antalya will cost 25 TRY;

  • The way to Istanbul will cost 120 TRY.

Alanya Bus Station infrastructure

Alanya Otogar has two terminals, an international terminal (Şehirlerarası Terminal) and a domestic terminal (for short trips around Antalya County). The small area of the bus station has everything travellers need:

  • toilets (from 1.5 TRY);

  • kiosks and shops to buy water, coffee or pastries as a snack (for those who did not manage to do so before the flight, dry food and water are available inside the bus);

  • a hairdresser's;

Although the Alanya Bus Station looks more like a gas station, it's clean and tidy. It has everything you need to wait for your flight and travel in comfort.
