The most convenient airport to travel to Kitzbühel is Innsbruck's Kranjebitten Airport. It is the largest international airport in Tyrol and is where most visitors to the ski resorts of the Alps fly to. In winter, Kranebitten is often congested, so buy your tickets in advance. It is considered quite challenging among pilots due to its close proximity to the mountains.
