You should take into account that upon arrival it will take you about 30 minutes to get to Golden Sands from Varna Airport. You can do this by shuttle buses that run every half hour from 8 to 19.30.
You can land at the famous landmark in Varna - the Macedonian House. You can also take a bus to Albena - on the way it stops in Golden Sands. A regular bus to the resort (number 409) passes through another local landmark - the Cathedral.
Tickets to Golden Sands are cheap - the cost is about 2 BGN. It is also worth noting that in the summer months, when the influx of tourists is the greatest, buses on the route run around the clock.
You can also always use the services of one of the many airport transfer services. Here you will be offered a choice of a comfortable cab or minibus. The road from the airport to the central part of the city takes about half an hour. The approximate cost of the trip is 10-20 BGN.
