In the summer of 2015, Pula opened an underwater park where visitors can walk or ride a bicycle on the bottom of the Adriatic Sea. The underwater walk lasts 20 minutes and requires no special preparation, so everyone can take the underwater tour. The person underwater is held by a 40-kilogram helmet, in which air is supplied. Movements of the tourist are not constrained, and they can feed the fish or photograph the underwater beauty. Cycling underwater is more difficult than on land, so few people dare. Four people descend underwater at a time, accompanied by an experienced guide who shows tourists the remains of a small shipwreck and a bench where you can sit and admire the flocks of fish.
