Flying in is still half the battle, but how to get to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc needs to be told separately. Most likely, you'll be traveling from Geneva airport. But it is important to know that you can get to Chamonix by train not only from Switzerland, but also from London, Paris, Milan and Turin. There are also regular bus services from these cities.
Of course, Geneva is closest, so we'll rely on that point. Unfortunately, there is currently no direct service from Geneva to Chamonix. Connoisseurs recommend car or bus transfers.
At the same time, you can take the French train. This trip will take between three and three and a half hours. The route passes through the town of Annemasse, or through Roche-sur-Foron and St Gervais.
