Jimbaran is located in the south of the Bali peninsula, in a bay that is washed by the waters of the Indian Ocean. As a rule, its temperature does not drop below +27°C. The highest mark of the Indian Ocean temperature at the coast of the resort reaches in January - February. During this period it can rise to +29°C.
In the summer months, the temperature of water in the Indian Ocean can decrease quite slightly - by one or two degrees.
The waves of the Java Sea do not reach the coast of Jimbaran. Even children can swim in the coastal area, as the water here is like fresh milk, the bottom is soft, and the water level is quite shallow.
