How to get to Lisbon from the airport?

A quick and cost-effective way to reach the city from the airport is by taking the red metro line. The metro station is conveniently located right at the airport, and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes, with a fare of 1.9 EUR.

This fare comprises a metro ticket for 1.40 EUR and the purchase of a special card for 0.50 EUR. The card can be reloaded and used for paying bus and streetcar fares, as well as for some excursions.

Freight buses depart from the airport every 30 minutes, and inside the bus, you'll find information about:
