First of all, by water. For about 10 USD a "rocket" (a special speed boat) will take you to the resort in an hour and a half. Note that on weekends and holidays the ticket price goes up a bit. The boats leave from Bach Dang Pier from 6:30 to 16:45 every day every two hours. In Vung Tau, the stop is at Cau Da pier, which is opposite the Hai Au Hotel.
Secondly, there is a shuttle bus or shuttle bus to the city. They depart from Ho Chi Minh City's Mien Dong station and take 2-3 hours to the resort, depending on the time of day - the duration of the trip is affected by traffic congestion. The cost of the trip is about 5 USD.
