Although Lech doesn't have a lot of attractions worth going for, there's plenty to keep you entertained. And even if you've come to the most fashionable resort in the Alps for the wonderful and challenging pistes, there's plenty to do besides.
For example, in early December, when the season opens, there is a colorful multimedia show based on the best European and world musicals. Every month Lech hosts a night torchlight procession, an incredibly colorful show with night skiing.
For kids, there's a carnival in the center of town, and theatrical performances to celebrate Christmas. Lech has a brass band that performs an end-of-year concert. In January, Giuseppe Verdi's operas are performed here as part of the Verdi on Snow festival, and music lovers come from all over Europe.
