Spa services in Sölden

The Ötztal Valley has become a hotspot for healing spas. In addition to Sölden, the village of Langenfeld is a must-see. This is where the world-famous Aqua House Spa is located.

The multidisciplinary, comfortable center is built on glacial waters. You can relax after tiring sports activities in indoor pools with thermal water temperature of 34-36°C. Fans of water sports can take part in underwater fitness, aqua biking and aqua aerobics. Particularly popular among visitors are three pools in the form of bowls, as if floating above the resort. The water temperature here is kept between 28 and 34°C. Massage pools and sea air steam baths, loft saunas and herbal baths, several types of saunas and a 65-person steam room are also popular.

Aqua House has a playroom with a climbing wall, indoor and outdoor pools, and a children's restaurant for younger visitors.

An equally attractive place to relax and rejuvenate is the Freizeit Arena Spa, located right in the center of Sölden.

The multi-purpose entertainment and recreation center has both an aquatic and entertainment area.

The aquatic part of the center includes a huge pool for adults with 30°C water and a children's pool with slides. There is also an infrared sauna, a bathhouse and a summer terrace. Adults from 10 EUR and children from 5 EUR.

In addition to the sauna, you can relax in the sanarium, herbal tepidarium, hammam, relaxation room and winter garden.

You can choose to visit the center by combining several services. For example, the gym and pool will cost you from 10 EUR and the gym and sauna from 19 EUR.

In addition to spa treatments, the complex offers indoor tennis courts, bowling alleys and curling.

Some hotels and apartments offer free access to the Freizeit Arena as part of the accommodation fee.
