Food of Baku
Azerbaijani national cuisine is rich in various recipes and ingredients. Like related cuisines, it is dominated by meat and vegetable dishes. When you come to Baku, try such traditional dishes as dolma (stuffed lamb wrapped in grape leaves), khamrashi (national soup), lula kebab, and dushbara (Azerbaijani dumplings).
