It doesn't matter how much time you have. Even a 15-minute walk around Baku will bring a lot of emotions. And a well-chosen itinerary, for example, will help:
Walking route around the Old City. We recommend starting at the Maiden's Tower (the view from here is magnificent) and ending with a small shop with pottery and carpets (they are at every turn in the Old Town).
Hiking along the waterfront: Seaside Boulevard, Fountain Square, State Flag Square. Be sure to take a photo against the backdrop of the latter - the giant weighing about 300 kg is 162 meters high and can withstand wind gusts of up to 200 km/h!
Tourist route along the Baku hills, which cascade down to the sea. This is where the best viewpoints are located. You can walk up the main staircase or take the funicular.
And, of course, be sure to stroll around Baku at night, when the Old City seems even more ancient and the ultra-modern structures even more enchanting.
