You can make your holiday in Albena not just a beach holiday, but an exciting and varied one. In summer, the resort becomes the epicentre of various celebrations and festivals. Musical performances of all kinds, exhibitions of young Bulgarian and foreign artists and theatre performances fill the space. On some evenings you can also visit the Variety Theatre.
At the end of the tourist season, the blogosphere literally floods with reviews of holidays in Albena by those lucky enough to experience the festival hour. The highest concentration is probably in the first half of summer. June sees the Festival of Round Dances, Albena Fashion Fiesta and the Morning Star arts festival, while July sees the resort host the Majoro Concours.
