Spring
It is worth noting that the weather forecast in Albena starts to delight those who want to relax in warm places as early as spring. In the first months of the season, the amount of precipitation significantly decreases. Although initially the air here does not warm up more than 10-18°C, by May the thermometer begins to strive to surpass the 20-degree mark, and a steady stream of guests flocks to the resort. Moreover, during this time, the landscapes become incredibly colorful, and the air is filled with the scent of flowers, which abound in this natural corner. Perhaps that is why spring is also considered the best season for ecotourism in Balchik.
Summer
However, the pleasant climate conditions and the activity of vacationers reach their peak in summer. The weather for any summer week in Albena awakens the desire to quickly pack your bags and head to this resort paradise. While temperatures sometimes reach 27°C or higher at noon, evenings on the coastal area provide a pleasant refreshing coolness that invites you to take long walks along the shoreline. The humidity usually stays at an optimal level of 63-65.
Autumn
The unofficial festival of excellent relaxation does not end here with the arrival of September. The weather in the first weeks of autumn here is simply magnificent. During these days, the local Black Sea coast is still flooded with beach enthusiasts. In October, the air temperature gradually begins to drop, and evenings become truly cool. November, in turn, prompts local residents to put on jackets and hats and prepare for the upcoming winter.
Winter
Despite being located in the north of Bulgaria, Albena's winter is not as harsh and frosty. Snowfall is rare, and the average daytime temperature stays around +5-7°C, with nighttime temperatures occasionally dropping below -2°C.
