- Smoking is not permitted in public places in Limassol. Look for designated areas for smokers;
- For visiting mosques and monasteries choose long pants and skirts, jackets, covering shoulders, without frank necklines;
- Protect your face and body from the scorching sun by using creams with a high degree of UV protection.
Cypriots really like white-skinned Slavic girls, so young female tourists are guaranteed plenty of suitors. But the men are very polite and unobtrusive. When they hear a correct refusal, they will immediately step aside.
