Water Temperature in Alghero
The warmest time for swimming in the coastal waves is June and August. During this time, the sea is the warmest, reaching +23-24°C. Starting from May, the temperature of the Mediterranean Sea gradually warms up to +18°C and reaches +21°C in June.
The water temperature in the Mediterranean Sea in September-October is also suitable for swimming, around +23-22°C. However, it becomes chilly in winter, and swimming is not recommended due to temperatures ranging from +13-16°C.
