As the city is about 50 km from Marco Polo Airport, the logical question is how to get to Padua upon arrival. The most affordable way is to take the shuttle bus between the airport and the city. The first shuttle departs at 6:00 and runs until 23:00. The journey time is about 40 minutes. The bus stops at Padua Bus Station near the train station. From here it is about a 10-minute walk to the city centre.
