Although the city is relatively small, shopping in Padua will delight the seasoned shopper. A shopping tour around Padua usually starts on via del Santo, via Zabarella, and Piazza Eremitani, where the top brands have their shops. Another good shopping experience in Padua is in via dei Borromeo and via San Fermo, both of which are located in the northern part of the city.
In order not to compete with these boutiques, Padua's outlets are located away from the city centre, almost outside the city limits. Many of them are entire towns where brands are sold at half-price.
