Once you've been on a group tour, you'll probably want to do some more walking on your own and create your own Riccione itinerary.
Start in the San Lorenzo quarter with the ruins of an ancient Roman city. Then head to the Castle of the Agolanti family and admire the various artefacts from the Museum of Regional Studies. Continue your walking route around Riccione by checking out the famous landmark that made the resort world famous, Villa Mussolini. And don't forget to check out the equally beautiful Villa Francesca, which now houses a modern museum with hundreds of paintings by Italian artists. End your hike in Riccione at one of the resort's highlights - the incredibly long and colourful promenade. And of course without forgetting the famous Ceccarini Boulevard with its world-famous Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Rolex, and Zara boutiques.
A separate tourist route in Riccione should take you to Riccione Terme, which is set on Viale Torino Boulevard and covers an area of around 40,000m². A full spa treatment, mud baths, whirlpools and an amusement park with slides and pools.
