An equally popular bar is Insomnia. It's open until 4am, which is rare in Singapore. It's mostly tourists.
By the way, on Wednesdays, entry to Singapore clubs is free for girls (including alcohol at the bar). Singapore's nightlife has its own rules: cabs are 50% more expensive, smoking is banned in clubs and bars, and almost all clubs have strict face controls (no flip-flops or shorts).
