How to get to London from the airport

From airport Heathrow to central London there are trains (Heathrow Express or Heathrow Connect) and the Underground (Piccadilly line). Trains leave from terminals 1, 3, 5 every 15 minutes (the Oyster Card is not valid on these services).

It is possible to drive from Gatwick:

• Train - the Gatwick Express train takes 46 minutes to Kings Cross station for 10 GBP;
• by bus - for example, the National Express runs every 30 minutes (plus an hour and a half). Ticket price - from 7 GBP, buses arrive at London Victoria

From any airport to London you can take a cab - it will cost on average 35-90 GBP. The average cost of a transfer from Heathrow to the center of London is 55 GBP, from Gatwick - 70 GBP.
