Los Angeles is famous for several neighborhoods where life just begins at dusk. The most famous of them is the famous "slice" of Sunset Boulevard, the Sunset Strip, where the trendiest nightclubs of Los Angeles are concentrated.
Among the latter, you should especially note Mayan (a club with a refined atmosphere where Latin dances are performed), Whisky a Go Go (one of the oldest clubs in the city, where such titans as Doors and Led Zeppelin performed) and Bootsy Bellows (here you can dance, watch burlesque shows and listen to live music).
