Winter entertainment in Buller is mainly related to skiing and snowboarding. Local competitions in various disciplines are held here every week: skiing and snowboarding among professionals, beginners, children, telemark, cross-country skiing and so on. International competitions are often organized. Every Wednesday and Saturday night skiing is offered on the illuminated slopes of the resort.
All this beauty can be seen from a bird's eye view if you book a helicopter tour over Mt Buller, Mt Stirling and the High Country. For a single flight you have to pay 95 AUD per adult and 85 AUD per child under 12 years old. If you want to stop for lunch on the mountain in a hut, the flight will cost 190 AUD.
