Safety. Lifeguard posts are located every 50 meters. Emergency medical staff are also on duty.
Food. Small restaurants and cafés are available on-site.
Prices. Renting an umbrella or sunbed costs 10 BGN. Other goods and services are more expensive than on other beaches in Nesebar.
Sand Dunes of the South Beach
The beach is considered by most tourists to be one of the most popular in Nesebar. The sandy dune, about 2 km long, is recognized as a world heritage site and protected by UNESCO.
The Sea
This part of the city attracts many tourists with children. The gentle slope allows for a gradual entry into the water. The sea here is cleaner than at other beaches in the city but cooler.
Occasionally, strong waves can be observed. This is because the beach is located on the open sea and is not shielded by the peninsula.
Infrastructure
The beach offers all the necessary amenities for visitors. The beach area closer to the sea is paid, while further along, you can enjoy free access.
Next to the beach, there is a large park where visitors can find shade. A freshwater fountain is available for those who want to rinse their feet after swimming.

This is a small wild and clean beach in Nesebar, but it is not easily accessible for visitors. You will need to descend stairs and then climb over rocky terrain to reach it.
The Sea
The abrupt entry into the sea will appeal to those who prefer not to wade in the water for a long time. The water temperature is comfortable.
Due to the beach being sheltered by a peninsula, waves are rare. Children will enjoy observing crabs and tiny fish.
Infrastructure
Due to its location, visitors can always find shade from the heat at the city beach. The beach is located near the city park.
Benches and separate gazebos are available. There are also exercise equipment and a children's playground.

Beaches of Old Nessebar
In the old part of Nessebar, there is limited space for a full beach vacation. The beaches here are all small but unique.
Water
Entering the water is comfortable for adults. For families with children, other options are recommended. The sea is warm, and waves are almost nonexistent.

Almost all beaches in the old town are untamed. The exception is the Old Nessebar beach.
The old town offers basic tourist facilities: umbrellas, sun loungers, changing cabins, and toilets.

Surface. Most beaches are covered with fine shells, making it safe to walk barefoot. Sandy areas are rare.
