Jerusalem Hiking Routes

Of the routes in Jerusalem, the most popular are the walks through the underground city. The most interesting walking routes in Jerusalem:

• Walk through the 3,000-year-old tunnels of the City of David, the Tzidkiyahu cave (according to legends it was the location of King Solomon's quarries), the Hasmonean tunnel (a complex of underground caves, tunnels, halls);

• Visit the observation deck on the Mount of Olives, along the Kidron Gorge, the tombs of Absalom (Abshalom), Zechariah (Zechariah) and Adiabena, the Archaeology Park, the City of David, the underground spring Gion, the tunnel of Hezekiah (Hizkiahu), the Temple Mount, the Wailing Wall, the Roman street Kardo;
• Tourist route in Jewish Jerusalem: the Valley of Gehenna of Fire, Mount Zion, the City of David, the Jewish Quarter.
