The Ir Yamim neighborhood covers an area of 114 hectares along the city's coastal strip. It's often referred to as the Riviera of Israel and is renowned for its comfortable living conditions, extensive infrastructure (including schools, shopping centers, kindergartens, and sports facilities with tennis courts, a stadium, basketball and volleyball courts, gyms, and all necessary amenities).
Another prestigious neighborhood on the Netanya map is Ramat Poleg, situated in the southern part of the city. It's a tranquil and exclusive neighborhood near the sea, featuring numerous apartment buildings and luxury housing.
