Water temperature in Netanya
In summer, the water temperature in the Mediterranean Sea is quite high (not lower than +25°C), which allows tourists to spend a long time in the water.
In the winter period, the temperature mark is reduced by half. So in February it is +12°C. Swimming in this period is still possible, but still cool.
The tides in the Mediterranean are not big. Thus, the tides are mainly 12 meters, but in some areas can reach 4 meters. The maximum excitement of the sea is observed in winter, when the waves can reach up to 8 meters.
