Water Temperature in Gaeta
The tourist season in Gaeta, which begins in May, attracts travelers to the warm waters of the Italian coast. By this time, the water has already warmed up to +20°C. The temperature in the Tyrrhenian Sea reaches +26°C in August and remains around +25°C at the beginning of the velvet season.
By the end of October, the temperature of the Tyrrhenian Sea drops to +20°C, marking the gradual end of the tourist season. In November, the sea is not as warm, and the thermometer shows around +18°C.
Throughout the winter and early spring, the temperature of the Gaeta Gulf remains around +14-15°C. Then, in May, the long-awaited tourist season begins again with temperatures of around +20°C.
The waves in the Tyrrhenian Sea are relatively calm, and there are no incredible typhoons or huge waves.
