In summer, the water temperature in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the coast of Positano reaches +27°C, which is almost comparable to the air temperature. In the velvet season, you can still comfortably swim in September and October with a temperature of +20°C, and some daring tourists even venture into the sea in November-December. They cannot be called 100% "walruses" as the water temperature is not low, but they are certainly resilient individuals.
