Valencia's public transportation
The main ones are buses, metro and streetcars. Buses connect all parts of the city (more than 60 routes, including 4 beach routes and 12 night routes). All necessary information about the routes is available on the website of the municipal transportation company. One ride costs 1.50 EUR, 10 rides (Bonobus Plus) cost 7.50 EUR.
Metrovalenecia is both metro and streetcar (4 lines, 1 streetcar line and 1 tram-metro line). The city's metro is divided into 4 fare zones. Thus, one trip in zone A costs 1.50 EUR, zone B - 2.10 EUR, zone C - 2.80 EUR and zone D - 3.90 EUR.
Since the prices for using transportation in Valencia are not the most affordable, tourists are recommended to buy integrated travel tickets: Bono Travel Card (10 trips on buses and metro in zone A, costs 8.35 EUR) T1, T2, T3 tickets (unlimited travel on metro in zone A and buses for 1, 2 or 3 days, costs 3.90 EUR, 6.60 EUR and 9.60 EUR respectively).

In addition, tourists who have used transportation in Valencia are advised to buy a Valencia Tourist Card for 24 (for 15 EUR), 48 (for 20 EUR) or 72 hours (for 25 EUR). It entitles you to bus, metro and streetcar travel (in all zones, including Valencia-Airport-Valencia), free admission to public museums, as well as discounts and rebates at restaurants and shops.
