Sharjah's Al Qasba Amusement Park is located near Khalid Lagoon, close to the famous giant fountain. The amusement park offers rides and souvenir shops for adults and children, a movie theater, singing fountains, a Ferris wheel and light shows in the evenings. Nightlife in Sharjah is... non-existent. The strict rules of Islam are scrupulously enforced here. Nightclubs work only in a few hotels in Sharjah, so lovers of noisy rest go to Dubai, where the nightlife is booming.
Fans of leisurely walks in picturesque places will appreciate the local national park: the territory of more than 60 hectares, places for walking and recreation, children's playground, playgrounds, pond. The park is equipped with bicycle paths, and bicycles can be rented here. The park has a model of a city with a lagoon and islands, as well as an ice cream parlor. Entrance to the park is free of charge.
