How to get to Split from the airport

Split International Airport is located in the town of Kastel, 25 km from Split. There are several ways to get to the city from the Croatian airport.

How to get to the center of Split

Public transportation

The bus stop is to the right of the exit from the arrivals hall.

Airport Bus

• Route. The shuttle service between the airport and the main bus station in Split is operated by Pleso prijevoz. The city center is 1 km from the bus station.
• Time. The bus leaves 30 minutes after the arrival of the flight. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes.
• Cost. A one-way ticket costs - 30 HRK, a daily ticket costs 40 HRK. The fare is paid by the bus driver.

City bus

• Route. Buses No. 37 and No. 38 go to Sukoisan Bus Station, which is 1 km from the city center.
• Time. The bus departs every 20 minutes on weekdays and Saturday, and every 30 minutes on Sundays. There are night flights. A detailed schedule can be found on the carrier's website.
• Cost. A one-way ticket costs about 2.7 EUR. Payment to the driver.

Transfers

You can book your Split transfer in advance to the address of your choice. The driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall.

The cost of a transfer to the center of Split is about 253 HRK. You can book a car on an online service (e.g. getbytransfer).

Taxi

Taxis can be found right at the exit of the airport.

The cost for a ride to Split is around 250-300 HRK. Check the price before you get in the car.

How to get to the bus station and train station from the airport

The bus station and train station are close by, and are only 1 km from the city center. The means of transportation are the same as to the city center, see above for information.
