Gran de Calella is the central beach of Calella with a rich infrastructure. At the disposal of tourists - ski rental center, water bikes Water Sports Centre, beach soccer and volleyball courts. Yachtsmen, kayakers and wakeboarders will not get bored at Gran de Calella.
The Gran de Calella is characterized by a sharp entrance to the water: the bottom "breaks" almost immediately after a few steps on the sandbank. The main beach strip is about 1.5 km long and has special slopes for the disabled, sports fields and water slides. The cost of renting sun beds, hammocks and deck chairs is 5 EUR.
Garbi is the first beach in Catalonia to receive the international Q certificate. It regularly organizes foam parties and holds workshops on making crafts out of colored pebbles and shells for the youngest ones. The library, located on Garbi, offers a wide range of books to suit all tastes. You'll get an even tan while you read! Garbi can only be reached on foot or by bicycle. The beach is illuminated at night.
